Today was pretty uneventful. I woke up late (as usual), got ready and headed out to do some errands. Had to head over to get some money orders to pay a few of the bills I have piling up. Most of the day was followed by a lot of goofing off and waiting for 8pm to come so that Candace and I could make it over to TK's for wing night!
I love going to TK's for wing night. Ten spicy half/half wings for only $5.00. It's a little noisy and packed on Tuesday because everyone seems to love wings just as much as I do. I deal with it though, and still go anyway. While we were there and after finishing our wings, we headed outside to talk with a few old friends who I rarely get to see. It's always nice reminicing about all the good times
So, tomorrow night I can't wait to pick up my Georgie! If you don't know, Georgie is the love of my life and basically my best friend. He's a 3 year old Chihuahua that was given to me by one of my mom's acquaintances. They have another Chihuahua named Tiny that he adores. He went over to visit the fam. They got rid of him because they just didn't have enough time to devote to two dogs. I lucked out because I have always wanted a Chihuahua and they gave him to me for free! He just better not get Tiny preggers because neither of them are fixed. This will be his third litter if she is pregnant!

On a complete side note how hard can it be to get a simple food order right? I stopped at Dunkin Donuts during the time I was out doing errands today. My order was a medium coffee coolatta, a cheedar cheese bagel twist and a side of plain cream cheese. I was waiting patiently for the drive thru employee. I gave the guy my money and grabbed my food. Without hesitation I peek inside my bag and it's completely wrong! He ended up giving me a cinnamon bagel twist, with reduced fat chive cream cheese. EW! That doesn't even make sense. I didn't want to be rude so I politely told him about the mix up. Do you know that this guy had the nerve to roll his eyes and not even say sorry for making the mistake? I mean, what happened to great customer service? I wasn't even being mean about it. Geesh!
Right now I am slowly falling asleep form the Benedryl I popped before fitting so cozily beneath my covers! I have recently had a hard time falling asleep because of the lay off but found that Benedryl works wonders with helping me with that. I know, it's not good to depend on any medication to help you fall asleep but it seems like the most sensible thing to do since I don't have any insurance to seek help elsewhere.
I have a lot to catch up on in my life to share with you all but I am officially signing off for the night. Until then I am going to leave you with a video clip of Georgie and his cute little howling shindigs!
