EVASIVE MUMBLING: Mumbling the answer to a question in hopes that the questioner won't hear or understand an answer that may get you in trouble.
EXAMPLE:
Kid 1: "What are we going to tell mom when she gets home?"
Kid 2: "I don't know but when she asks about the broken lamp, you better answer her with some evasive mumbling!"
