According to a joint investigation by Radar Online and Star Magazine, 50-year-old Mildred Baena (pictured above) is the alleged mistress of former California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and mother to his love child, who has not yet been named.

The publications report Baena worked as a housekeeper for the Governator and his family and that their child out of wedlock is 14-years-old, which means not only was this kept a secret a long time, but that Mildred and Arnold's wife Maria Shriver were pregnant at roughly the same time, as Arnold and Maria's youngest son Christopher is 13.

The publications' sources also say Baena worked for the family for 20 years and only retired this past January. Shriver has said this is a "painful and heartbreaking time" and has asked for privacy for herself and her children. Though she did appear at the taping for Oprah Winfrey's final show Tuesday (May 17).

Arnold says in a statement, "There are no excuses and I take full responsibility for the hurt I have caused. I have apologized to Maria, my children and my family. I am truly sorry."
